Everything was wonderful, excellent location next to race track, the staff were courteous. I truly enjoyed continental breakfast with fruit, hot waffles and pancakes.

The hotel was clean and the pool was nice.

Everything was perfect, it had good wifi, no complains at all. The room was brand-new with great beds.

View on the back balcony and the bed was great, the room was light and brand-new. The bed was comfy, the pool area was clean.

Peaceful location and extremely friendly staff were a definite plus. Awesome view, a great balcony, exceptionally comfortable bed, too. Shoney's, where you can eat great food, was set 5 minutes walk away.

I liked this quiet little place, stayed there for 5 nights. The rooms were beautifully maintained and updated with private bathroom. My window overlooked river.

Totally exceptional experience. So helpfull staff, very pretty location, great bed. There were hot waffles, eggs and cheese at breakfast. With early check-in and late check-out, this hotel was fully equipped. Relaxing drinks, efficient wifi were a nice surprise.

This not crowded hotel tempted us with outstanding views. We greatly enjoyed its historic location very close to - the river and Dollywood.

Functional hotel, it was clean, and the staff was very approachable. Large breakfast, different food was served. The room was fabulous and absolutely gorgeous, I truly enjoyed it. The property has best possible location not far from Dollywood as well as the river.

I would recomand it and would come here again. Great value, overall clean, great value breakfast. Garden areas were quiet and staff was HELPFUL ENOUGH. Sky bar was comfortable. The venue provided snacks in the lobby. Had no problem using their easy parking, the internet was consistent.

It was a business hotel, I definitely coming here again. Property accommodation was casual, I truly enjoyed very cool stuff. Location seemed phenomenal. The room was common and cozy.

Tranquil location, recently refurbished rooms and lovely staff. A magnificent beach, wonderful view. Thai style hotel with classical furniture in the rooms. We loved buffet breakfast and pool.

I had an excellent stay, thank you so much! Quiet location, surprisingly spacious room and I loved absolutely lovely staff. Exceptional view of ocean. It was nice to have perfect fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, breads, milk and cakes in the morning. Plus I reached Thomas Kinkade Gallery & Gifts in 15 minutes by foot.

The stuff was immensely pleasant, the room seemed to be unique, exceptional service. I loved that hotel was not too far away from Shoney's, the food was nice.

We did n't have time, so we would stay here again. Not bad location and fairly clean place, we loved really helpful staff. Our room had a comfy bed and a marvellous view. Breakfast was exceptionally good, lots of dishes to choose from. In addition, free WiFi in the rooms was really handy.

Great value for money, and the location was pleasant for exploring Pigeon Forge. The staff was genuinely nice, the bed was quiet and the food was well presented! Room was well decorated, the pool was incredible. Clean place and helpful service.

It was a such wonderful stay. I booked the king room, the place was fairly clean. Loved the perfectly comfortable location. Bedroom was separate and staff was perfect. The pool was well maintained;))

Many things to like : absolutely delicious food, delightfully helpful staff, extra comfy bed. I loved updated room with a tight bathroom. The staff did all they can for a pleasant stay. Its exceptional service. Beautiful location to old mill.

Big enough, such wonderful and more than clean hotel. Staff was really incredibly kind and we had a good stay at this property. Quiet comfortable room, with nice touches and perfect decor. We loved breakfast so much, it was hot. Spectacular service provided too. Found in a very safe area.
